A blend of three great Caribbean wines, this white rum has both richness and subtlety, playing first in a pastry register with notes of brown sugar, banana flambé and candied pineapple enhanced with delicate touches of vanilla greedy.
2. Plantation Original Dark (40%)
The rich and intense style of Jamaica and Barbados, with its notes of plum, banana and vanilla, is enhanced by a meticulous blend and further maturation in France.
3. Plantation Grande Reserve (40%)
Tropical candied fruits leading to voluptuous notes of bourbon vanilla, whose richness is perfectly balanced by fresh fruits and delicate tannins.
4. Plantation Gran Anejo (42%)
Rich and structured, developing fine lingering notes of tobacco and liquorice, with beautiful woody notes.
5. Plantation Xaymaca (43%)
Dry, with a more floral and fruitier profile of rose water, soursop, pear, white grape, apricot and sugar-apple. Zero Dosage from Long Pond Distillery - double aged in ex Cognac barrels.
6. Plantation XO 20th Anniversary (40%)
An assemblage of fine rums 12 - 20 years old, all originating in Barbados, this is a wonderful reflection of the island itself. As other Rums in the Plantation range, this exotic spirit is aged first in its original country, Barbados, and the further ageing and nurturing in Cognac.
